Connecting AI to your programs
AI becomes really useful when it may read your emails, calendar and files. That works through so-called connectors. We set them up and make sure the AI only sees what it should see.
What we do together
- Connecting email and calendar, for example Outlook or Gmail
- Including files from OneDrive, Google Drive or SharePoint
- Having emails summarised and replies prepared
- Finding free times and preparing meetings
- Setting permissions correctly: only as much access as necessary
Briefly explained
- Connector
- A link between the AI and another program, for example your calendar. You decide what the AI may read or change.
This may also suit you
- Controlling AI by voiceDictating instead of typing and talking to the AI, for example straight after a customer visit.
- Workflow check: where does AI save you time?We look at your workflows and show where AI helps and how to put it into practice.
- AI for beginners, applied to your businessWhat AI can and can't do, practised on your own tasks instead of textbook examples.
