We take care of the visit
The call always comes when it doesn't suit: the phone is silent, the printer is on strike, the video call won't work. Explaining on the phone is hard work for both sides.
Digital Doheem goes to your parents' or grandparents' home, anywhere in Luxembourg, and solves the problem on the spot. And if they want to learn it themselves, we calmly practise with them so that they can manage on their own again.

How to ask on someone else's behalf
Call us or use the contact form and choose "For a relative". Tell us what it is about, where your parents live and who we should speak to on the spot. If the invoice should go to you, just let us know.
We speak to your parents in Luxembourgish, German, French or English, whichever they are used to.
