Version of 29 October 2026
1. Provider and scope
1.1 Digital Doheem is a service of Corepulse by Kessler S.à r.l., 66, Grand-Rue, L-9711 Clervaux, Luxembourg (RCS B297901, VAT no. LU36724329), hereinafter "we".
1.2 These general terms and conditions apply to all Digital Doheem services for private individuals (consumers) and, unless otherwise agreed, also for businesses, associations and municipalities.
1.3 Deviating terms of the customer only apply if we have agreed to them in writing.
2. Our services
2.1 Help at home: setup, configuration, troubleshooting and explanation of smartphones, tablets, computers, printers, TVs, robots, cameras and smart home devices (for example speakers, cameras, vacuum and mowing robots), as well as organising and backing up data.
2.2 Courses: individual and group courses, in your home or at an agreed location.
2.3 We provide a service and do not owe a specific result. We work carefully and to the best of our knowledge. Whether devices, programs and services from manufacturers or other providers work properly is beyond our control.
2.4 If we recommend products (devices, programs, apps), we do so on the basis of our experience and the manufacturer's information. Warranty and guarantee for these products lie with the manufacturer or seller.
3. Appointment and conclusion of contract
3.1 The contract is concluded when we confirm an appointment (verbally, by phone, by email or by message) or when you accept a written quote.
3.2 For larger jobs (for example a series of lessons or setting up several devices) you receive a quote in advance.
3.3 If you cannot keep an appointment, please cancel as early as possible.
4. Prices and travel
4.1 The hourly rate is 120 € including VAT. It applies to help at home and to courses.
4.2 Each visit is charged for at least one hour. Beyond that, we charge the time actually spent.
4.3 We charge travel at 0,75 € per kilometre driven from Clervaux, there and back. We tell you the amount before the visit.
4.4 We charge an extra fee for quick help at weekends. We tell you the price on the phone beforehand.
4.5 All prices are final prices including VAT.
4.6 You pay for devices, programs, subscriptions or online storage that you buy yourself. We only buy something for you by prior agreement and against reimbursement.
5. Payment
5.1 You receive the invoice after the visit or on completion of the agreed service. It is payable by bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice date.
5.2 In the event of late payment, the statutory provisions apply.
6. Right of withdrawal for consumers
6.1 If you are a consumer and the contract is concluded away from our business premises (for example in your home) or exclusively by phone, email or internet, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from conclusion of the contract, without giving reasons.
6.2 To withdraw, a clear statement to us (letter or email to contact@digital-doheem.lu) before the end of the period is sufficient. You can use the model below, but you do not have to.
6.3 If you withdraw, we refund payments received within 14 days at the latest. If you requested that we start the service during the withdrawal period, you pay a reasonable amount for what has already been provided up to the withdrawal.
6.4 The right of withdrawal expires when the service has been fully provided, provided that you expressly requested that we start before the end of the period and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We ask you about this when we arrange the appointment.
6.5 There is no right of withdrawal if you have expressly asked us to come to you for urgent help (for example in the event of a fault).

14.2 We may change these terms for the future. The version valid at the time the contract is concluded applies to each contract.
