The process
You get in touch
Call or write to us. Tell us briefly what it is about, even if you can't describe it exactly.
We come to you
We arrange a time in your home, anywhere in Luxembourg. For bigger requests you get a small quote first.
We solve it together
We solve the problem or practise together, at your pace. We charge by time, with a minimum of one hour.
What does it cost?
Clear prices, without small print.
Help and courses at home
120 €per hour
Including VAT. A visit is charged for at least one hour.
- Quick help at weekends with an extra charge, we tell you the price on the phone
- Same price for help at home and courses
- Bigger jobs, for example several devices or a series of lessons, with a quote in advance
- No subscription, no contract, no hidden costs
Travel
0,75 €per kilometre
We charge travel from Clervaux at €0.75 per kilometre driven, there and back. We are happy to tell you the amount on the phone beforehand.
Collect your questions
A visit lasts at least one hour. To make it worthwhile, write down everything that has been waiting for a while. Then we can deal with it all in one visit. A few ideas for your list:
- Phone or tablet: updates, storage, bigger text
- Setting up a vacuum or window-cleaning robot
- Setting up a printer or getting it working again
- Backing up photos from your phone
- Setting up WhatsApp or video calls
- Having MyGuichet or LuxTrust explained
- Unpacking and setting up a new device
- Questions you have been meaning to ask for ages
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. If you like, have these things ready. It saves time:
- the device in question, with its charging cable
- letters or notes with passwords and login details (for example for your internet box)
- your list of questions
