- We listen. You show us what isn't working. You don't need any technical terms.
- We solve the problem. We tell you beforehand what we are going to do. If something can't be done, we say so honestly.
- We show you. If you like, we write the most important steps on a piece of paper, so that you can do it yourself next time.
What does it cost?
We charge by time and agree everything with you beforehand. You pay no subscription and sign no contract. Just call and ask.

We look at that together. We tell you honestly whether the help is worthwhile or whether a new device would be better. You decide.
Do you also repair broken devices?
We help with settings, programs and everything that doesn't work in everyday use. If a part inside the device is really broken, we tell you and advise you what you can do.
Do you also help with an Apple computer?
Just ask us. Tell us on the phone which device you have, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
