A new phone can be very annoying. We come to you, set everything up and calmly show you how it works. The same goes for your tablet.

Does it matter which phone I have?
No, we help with iPhones and Android phones such as Samsung. The same goes for tablets and iPads.
Can I move my old WhatsApp to the new phone?
In most cases, yes. We look at both phones and tell you beforehand what is possible.
I got a text from the post office or the bank. Is it real?
If in doubt, don't tap anything and call us. We show you what you should know about scams in our safe online course.
Can you also choose a phone for me?
We are happy to advise you on which device suits you, so that you don't buy something expensive you don't need.
