- Both phones, fully charged
- Your SIM card and PIN code
- Your login details, for example for Google or Apple
- Do not wipe the old phone until everything has moved across
How your data comes with you
When you first start a new phone, it guides you through the setup step by step. You can usually bring your numbers, photos and apps across from the old phone. Take your time to read what is on the screen.

- A screen lock with a code or fingerprint
- Your most important numbers as favourites
