Video call with the grandchildren

Do your grandchildren live far away? With a video call you can still see each other. It works on a phone or tablet, for example with WhatsApp.

How to call

1. Open WhatsApp.
2. Tap the person's name.
3. Tap the camera symbol at the top. If you only see a phone symbol, tap it and choose "Video call".
4. Wait until the other person answers.

To make it work well

• Stand the phone somewhere, so nothing wobbles.
• Sit so that the light comes from the front.
• Set a regular time, for example Sundays at 11 am.

Can't hear or see anything?

Check the volume first. The first time, the phone asks whether the app may use the camera and microphone. Then tap "Allow".
